Advertised a USA made part, V-8 engine that runs on gas.
The order information shows its shipping from china!
My friend fell for the same thing, he got a plastic model that was a piece of junk. After I found out he was ripped off, I asked by email that they cancel the order, no acknowledgment, now I cannot find a phone number to call them.
I send +40 emails, they will not respond.
Now I have to dispute through my credit card to get the money back.4PX300242****428CN

Habe bei Marnetic einen Bausatz für einen Gasoline OHV V8 Motorblock bestellt. Die Werbung hat ca.
150 Einzelteile versprochen mit welchen ein Motorenmodell gebaut werden kann. Nun habe ich einen Plastikmotor aus Plastik erhalten. Nur ein Teil teilweise verzogen und schlecht bemalt. Totaler Abfall.
Schade um die bezahlten Fr. 55.-

Marnetic tin-cutters no quality
I received my Marnetic tin-cutters after many emails and the performance is pathetic.
It doesn't perform as viewed on Pinterest and the quality is sub- standard
I have started the journey of warranty and will see what happens.

False advertising
Around Christmas time, I stumbled upon their ad for a model engine kit that you could assemble, and it could technically function if you want it to. So I bought 2 of them for me and my dad as a little father-son Xmas project.
Well, they didn't come in until the end of January of 2026. What finally came in definitely wasn't what was ordered. Instead, I got what looked like the final product, but the engines don't come apart; they're just decorative. Now, what really ticked me off was they charged $50 for 2 of them at the time.
When in reality, if this is all they are, then they should go for no more than $10 a piece, in my opinion. One of them also arrived damaged. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but they neglected to reach out to me.
I now have to go through my credit card company to resolve this issue. I wouldn't buy this product or any other product from Marnetic ever again.

Rip off
There is no phone number or office to call. Only a bogus support email line from their website with no response after 3 attempts.
I then looked online and found multiple complaints about this company.
People, like myself, paid for items that they never received. Do not give your money to this company!
I was charged for an order that never arrived with no response from the company, no matter how many times I've tried to contact them. This company is not what it says it is! Do not trust this company.

Don’t give this company your money. They didn’t deliver what I ordered, charged me, and there’s no way to reach them. No phone number, no response after many attempts via their website.
The order, that I was charged for one month ago, still has not arrived. No response from the company after many attempts to correspond. This company is not what it seems; do not give them any of your money!

Ordered x-mas present, Sasquatch bourbon bottle. Picked up cork and it fell apart.
was glued together what looked like from hot glue gun, very sloppy. Bottles had no alcohol in them. I have emailed many times asking for a refund.
They have not responded. Lost $66.

I have tried numerous times to get a hold of this company about an order I placed because I received no confirmation email or anything else. So I don't have a tracking number or anything else either.
And they will not respond to any of my emails or anything.
So I'm fixing to get a refund or try to. Do not buy anything from this place it is all a scam.scam

Product not delived, no respose from co.
Purchased and charged for $45 product that I never received. No way to call them, no response from emails or customer support emails.
Marnetic is maybe a fabricated company out of Bulgaria doing business with "return address" Hazel from some storage unit in Skippack, PA.
Can't believe I fell for it, looked legit. :(
